Chamomile Latte

Chamomile is one of my favorite teas. It’s one of the first teas I remember drinking as a kid. Chamomile latte is a great way to enjoy this herb. My kids just love the foam. They call it cloud tea.

Chamomile is a gentle herb. It has a lovely apple smell and flavor. This recipe can be made with your choice of milk, however I find that cow milk makes the best foam. It’s just as delicious with almond milk and low foam.
