Soup is my favorite food! It’s a great way to get a multitude of nutrients and it’s so easy to mask the food that some people refuse to eat (like onions and garlic). 🍵🍵🍵 I just finished this homemade chicken broth that will soon transform into chicken noodle soup! A favorite in my house. The chicken broth is made with chicken, garlic, onion, ginger, astragalus, and bay leaves. Yummy!! Can’t wait for soup! #soup #soupseason #souprecipe #herbs #herbalifenutrition #food #chickennoodlesoup #chickensoup #eathealthy #eatsmart

I am using the folk method to make a black cohosh tincture. Black cohosh is an amazing herb for the reproductive system, however the overuse and harvest of this plant has put it on the united plant saver #endangeredspecies list. Let’s join together to protect plants by using respectful, knowledge, and wise practices when using and harvesting herbs. #medicinalherbs #herbs #respectful #harvesting #wildcrafting #blackcohosh #loveofherbs #tincture
