My Spirit Goal Herb Walk

Join me on my journey to becoming a black belt.

I am testing for my black belt in karate through Courage Martial Arts on September 14, 2019. I am SOOOOOOO excited! It sure isn’t easy and there is lots to do before the test, like homework and projects. There are 3 goals that must be completed before we can even test: Mind, Body & Spirit. The spirit goal of giving is what this herb walk is all about. I love herbs and have decided to share my knowledge about them and donate the money I earn form this walk to a non-profit organization that protects plants.

Come take a walk with me and learn about how the so-called-weeds, wildflowers and trees are more than what you might think and just how they could benefit you. Some of the plants and trees we will talk about are apple and black walnut trees, yarrow, plantain, cow parsnip, nettle, milkweed, dandelion, violets, and others to be discovered on the trail.

The herb walk is open to anyone. It’s in De Pere, WI, on June 15th. There is a 15-person limit. Cost: $10/person. All of the money generated from this walk will be donated to the UNITED PLANT SAVERS.

It will take place at Ledgeview Park, 2064 Dickinson Rd, De Pere, WI, on Saturday, June 15, 2019 @ 10:00 a.m.

Register for the walk by filling in the form below (please add a valid email address) and submitting your payment. If you are registering more than one person, please enter the names of all the participants in the messages.
